Medical Examinations
Please notify reception staff when making a booking for a medical examination. This will ensure the correct amount of time is allocated to your doctor and a nurse is available to assist in the process.
Paperwork should either be emailed to the clinic at [email protected] or faxed to 5023 6838. Please attend the surgery 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to complete your part of the paperwork. If you are bringing the paperwork with you, please ensure it is completed prior to your arrival.
