HOME VISITS
Home visits are only provided when an individual’s medical condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Home visits for existing patients are made on a case-by-case basis at your treating doctor’s discretion.
Please discuss home visits with your doctor so they can inform the reception staff, who will then make an appointment for this service.
All home visits are privately billed and at the discretion of each individual doctor.

TELEPHONE ACCESS
You can reach out to your general practitioner during regular business hours. If your doctor is treating a patient, you will be able to leave a message, and the front desk staff will let you know when the doctor is expected to return your call.
You will be connected to your doctor right away in an emergency. In the event that your primary care doctor is unavailable, you will be contacted by another GP
