Appointments
An appointment is necessary for all consultations.
Appointments can be made online through the clinic website or by calling 03 50221448 after 8 :00 am. We run an on the day appointment and fit emergencies in as they arise.
When scheduling your appointment, please let the receptionist know if you believe you will require longer than the typical consultation (10–15 minutes).
When you arrive, please make sure you have your current Medicare card and any applicable pension or concession cards ready to show the receptionist. Would you kindly let the reception staff know if you have changed your contact information as well?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occasionally force the cancellation of appointments.
Kindly notify the clinic as soon as possible if you must reschedule an appointment. This allows another patient to use this appointment in case they are waiting to see a doctor.

- We are a private billing practice. Billing is at the discretion of individual doctors.
- All procedures, dressings, and certain vaccinations are privately billed.
- Yes, we do provide a wide range of bulk billing services (health assessments, care plans).
- Private fees apply if you don't have a Medicare card (please refer to fees).
- Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a fee.
